Here is how our process works:

We start with a FREE initial consultation, either by phone, email, or in person.

If the initial consultation gives us the information we need to start testing services, then we can prepare a testing quote for you.

If, however, more discussion is needed, then next is the pre-testing services phase. This is for any research, meetings, guidance and recommendations moving forward to decide on the scope of work for your project. Normally,the pre-testing is FREE after you confirm to choose our lab.

Once you decide on the scope of work for the project, we issue a quote that includes testing services.
